TOTALENERGIES SINGAPORE SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Medissys Trading Oil & Shipping team.

You will bridge business users and development teams to ensure optimal use and evolution of Medissys, our internal ETRM solution, supporting fast-paced trading operations. You will own requirements, draft functional specs, design test plans (including UAT), support users, and contribute to change management while maintaining system reliability and quality across

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Commodity Trading, Oil Logistics, or Information Systems Management.
• 5–10 years as a Business Analyst, including 4–5 years with Commodity Trading information systems.
• Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Gather and analyse business requirements for complex, multi-domain topics.
• Draft clear functional specifications for development teams and ensure alignment with ETRM architecture.
• Design and execute functional, non-regression, and UAT test plans; create automated test scenarios.
