Qualifikationen

• 4 years of relevant wafer fabrication experience focusing on etch.
• Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical/Materials Science or related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with SPC, DOE and FMEA methodologies.

Aufgaben

• Develop, optimize and sustain etch processes for wafer fabrication.
• Review technical data to ensure etch performance, focusing on non-uniformity, defects, and removal rate stability.
• Create and maintain SOPs and FMEA for the etch module.
• Integrate etch equipment capabilities to meet tech specs.
• Lead recipe creation and optimization for etch tools.
