Job summary

Summit Talent Pte. Limited is seeking a Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager with hands-on ERP implementation experience in a project-driven environment. You will drive requirements gathering, configuration, and UAT, ensuring accurate data migration and robust controls.

The role demands strong stakeholder management and the ability to lead go-live activities, training, and post-implementation support across finance functions. CPA/ACCA preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant finance & accounting experience.
• Strong financial and management accounting experience.
• Proven involvement in ERP / accounting system implementation.
• Experience with systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, JD Edwards, Infor or equivalent.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
• CA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent is preferred.
• Able to manage both day-to-day finance operations and ERP transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Finance requirements gathering & process mapping for ERP initiatives.
• ERP / accounting system configuration and setup.
• UAT planning and execution to ensure smooth go-lives.
• Financial data migration, validation & reconciliation activities.
• Go-live coordination and system rollout across business units.
• User training and post-go-live support for finance teams.
• Finance process automation and optimisation initiatives.
• Development of finance SOPs and internal controls.
