Qualifications

• 10+ years of institutional sales trading experience across Asia and US equities.
• Proven relationships with asset managers and hedge funds and ability to convert to steady flow.
• Must communicate effectively in English and meet regulatory readiness requirements in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage institutional cash equity orders across Asia and US markets for buy-side clients.
• Collaborate with Sales, Research, Trading, Operations and Compliance to grow trading engagement.
• Translate market color and regulatory developments into actionable guidance for clients.
• Promote electronic execution tools and algorithmic strategies; advise on venue selection and workflow improvements.
• Maintain awareness of market structure, regulatory requirements, and compliance with internal policies.
