The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with 5–7 years of frontend/backend equipment experience and 3–7 years with Pick & Place systems. This is an on-site role in Singapore.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in electronics, electrical or mechanical engineering.
5–7 years of equipment engineering in frontend/backend assembly manufacturing.
3–7 years knowledge of Pick & Place equipment.
Experience leading technicians or cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for assembly equipment.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance equipment performance, yield, and productivity.
Lead equipment qualification and acceptance; coordinate installation, commissioning, startup.
Ensure safety, environmental, and quality management systems compliance; maintain SOPs and reports.
