Job summary

GLOBALFOUNDRIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. - FAB 7 is seeking a Diploma-qualified technician to support production in the module. You will handle 12-hour rotating shifts, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment to meet module goals. Candidates should be team players with strong logical thinking.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, proper documentation, and maintaining clean, safe work areas on the production floor and sub-fab. A background in electrical/electronics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering, Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in electrical / electronics industry
• Perform 12-hours rotating shift or Normal/Swing Shift where required
• Good Team Player
• Good Logical Thought Process

Responsibilities

• Perform 12-hour shift to support the running of Production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness and worthiness for production
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Troubleshooting of equipment to ensure success & survival rate to meet module goals
• Troubleshoot basic and chronic equipment related issues to maintain or improve tool performance
• Follow SOP, carry out CAS per specification and execute good maintenance of support tool
• Maintain good housekeeping in the production floor / sub-fab / office and maintenance support areas
• Provide proper and accurate passed down of line issues and documentation
