Job summary
GlobalFoundries in Singapore is seeking an Equipment Associate Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and assist Equipment Engineer, on a 12-hour rotating shift. The role involves maintaining equipment readiness, troubleshooting issues, and driving improvement projects to minimize downtime.
You will monitor technical charts, uphold safety practices, and collaborate on multiple projects while supporting overall plant equipment uptime and reliability.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering.
- Good Team Player, truthful, logical and responsible attitude.
- Self-motivated, meticulous, disciplined and able to support overtime.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Execute maintenance and tool support ensuring equipment readiness.
- Troubleshoot and upgrade of equipment ensuring minimize downtime.
- Analyze and monitor technical charts.
- Drive equipment improvement plans and projects.
- Ensure and follow good safety practices and custody of tools, equipment and other properties.
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.
- Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed.
