Job summary

International Baccalaureate (IB) is seeking a Systems Analyst within the Platforms Team of Product Engineering. The role focuses on investigative systems analysis for IB Enterprise systems, with emphasis on integration, data impact, and CRM master data.

You will translate business requirements into precise technical specifications, drive impact assessments, and engage with IT, Product Engineering, Product Management and 3rd party suppliers to ensure scalable integration platforms across IB.

Qualifications

• IT-related degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into precise technical specifications.
• Experience with enterprise integration projects and CRM master data.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyse technological developments, functional demands and organizational requirements and translate these into concepts and designs.
• Drive workshops and technical meetings providing technical analysis and input.
• Provide technical estimates and recommendations for solutions including costs.
• Develop and maintain documentation on specifications and designs according to standards.
• Liaise with IT, product engineering, product management and external vendors to ensure integration platforms evolve.
• Support globally distributed teams and 3rd party suppliers with technical guidance.
• Analyze incidents and troubleshoot to create knowledge for future use.
• Guide team members and ensure clear communication across departments.
