Job summary

International Baccalaureate Organization (Singapore Branch) seeks an experienced Systems Analyst within the Platforms Team of Product Engineering. You will analyze business needs, translate them into detailed system designs, and contribute to enterprise integration projects across IB CRM Master Data and identity services.

You will work closely with IT, Product Engineering and Product Management, liaising with third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery and clear communication.

Qualifications

• IT degree or equivalent with strong systems development background.
• Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Knowledge of CRM Data, identity data & process flows is advantageous.
• Experience delivering enterprise integrations and data-intensive projects.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into precise application development specs.
• Drive technical analysis and input in workshops and meetings.
• Manage backlog with platform teams and ensure alignment with architecture.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and design standards.
• Provide troubleshooting support to vendor teams and internal IT stakeholders.
