Qualifications

• At least six to eight years of systems analysis or IT project delivery experience.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles from requirements to deployment.
• Hands-on with Java, JavaScript, Angular, and SQL.
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies (waterfall, agile, or hybrid).
• Experience in large enterprise or public sector environments preferred.
• Ability to mentor junior analysts and lead project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end systems analysis and design activities, including requirements gathering and solution architecture.
• Collaborate with business units to translate needs into clear functional and technical specs.
• Oversee system integration across internal and external platforms.
• Manage and coordinate UAT to ensure requirements and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and team members.
• Monitor system performance and drive reliability, security, and scalability improvements.
• Prepare and maintain BRDs, functional specs, design documents, and test plans.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and system integrators.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them within the company’s context.
