Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Product Support specialist in Singapore to own complex technical user issues, coordinate with Engineering and Product teams, and drive improvements in support systems and processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a customer-facing product support role.
• Proficient in SQL and API usage.
• Mandarin language proficiency (written and spoken).
• Experience with data analysis and metrics to drive decisions.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends/holidays with time off

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues via direct user interactions (email/phone).
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Scale support processes with data-driven insights to improve efficiency and experience.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to hit CSAT, Contact Rate, and SLA goals.
• Create and refine documentation to enable self-service and reduce live support demand
