Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Product Support professional in Singapore to own complex technical user issues, leverage SQL and APIs, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations to improve support systems and product quality.

You will drive data-driven improvements to CSAT, SLA adherence, and contact rate while scaling processes for a global user base. Flexibility for occasional weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Mandarin language proficiency required for daily communications with users in Greater China region.
• 4+ years in a customer-facing product support role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying.
• Experience working with APIs.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Project management experience in optimizing processes and workflows.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays with compensatory time off.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues through direct user interaction, using SQL to extract data and API knowledge.
• Develop product and platform expertise; collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Strategically optimize and scale support processes using data-driven insights to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to meet CSAT, contact rate, and SLA goals.
• Create and refine self-service documentation to reduce dependency on support teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to proactively improve the platform based on user feedback.
• Lead cross-functional projects to identify inefficiencies and drive long-term solutions.
• Push for innovative changes in user support strategies and operations.
