OCTA METIER PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior software implementation lead to drive enterprise deployments across APAC and the Middle East.

You will design and manage project plans, oversee cutover strategies with minimal downtime, and deliver expert deployment support while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams. The role requires 10+ years in software development, strong .NET, SQL Server, ASP.NET and REST API skills, plus hands-on JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React and Python experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computing or related field.
• 10+ years in software development and implementation roles.
• Proven track record of managing live deployments and server-side migrations.
• Strong skills in Microsoft .NET (C#.NET, .NET Core), SQL Server, ASP.NET, REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead software implementation and integration projects for enterprise clients across APAC and the Middle East.
• Develop, manage and execute project plans, timelines and live cutover strategies with minimal downtime.
• Provide expert-level support on deployment, system configurations and ongoing maintenance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, QA and support teams to ensure seamless handover and delivery.
• Review code, define development strategies and uphold software quality standards.
• Lead onsite client support when required (e.g., Singapore, Dubai).
• Mentor junior engineers and facilitate technical upskilling across departments.
