Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Senior Manager, Deployment Engineering in Singapore to lead a high‑performing team responsible for core platform systems used across the organization. You will drive multi‑quarter platform initiatives, partner with Product and Engineering, and shape the platform as a product.

You have 10+ years in network, systems or compute engineering management, experience in large ISP/cloud/hyperscaler environments, and are capable of travel across APAC up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Masters/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Technology or equivalent.
• 10+ years in Network, Systems or Compute Engineering Management with people leadership.
• Experience in a large ISP/Cloud provider or hyperscaler data centre environment.
• Willingness to travel across APAC up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high-performing engineering team responsible for core platform systems.
• Define multi-quarter platform initiatives to improve delivery velocity and reliability.
• Collaborate with Product and partner engineering teams to evolve the platform as a product.
• Turn ambiguous issues into clear execution plans and drive cross-team alignment.
• Raise the bar on engineering quality, operations, and execution across the platform.
