Job summary

GovTech in Singapore seeks an experienced Enterprise Software Specialist to lead a ServiceNow engineering team, delivering SaaS solutions for MND and agencies. You will drive solution architecture, platform governance, integration, and secure, scalable workflows, partnering with business stakeholders, product managers, designers and engineers to modernise government processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise software.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/BPM suites (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with system integration and API management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; fast-paced environment.
• Project management experience with successful deployments.
• Familiarity with government IT procurement and security standards is a plus.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ServiceNow engineers in development, enhancement, and maintenance of MND workflows.
• Deliver SaaS solutions on ServiceNow platform across agencies.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture, and governance.
• Oversee system integration and service delivery with stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and improve secure, scalable workflows.
• Develop documentation and training for end-users and staff.
• Collaborate with vendors on licenses, upgrades, support.
• Stay updated with enterprise software trends and propose solutions.
• Support IT policies and standards for enterprise software management.
