Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Large Enterprise Account Manager to base in Singapore. You will manage and expand PayPal’s portfolio, focusing on digital goods and gaming merchants across APAC, strengthening relationships and driving revenue growth.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Risk, Legal, Finance, and regional teams to resolve issues and identify opportunities for retention, expansion, cross-sell and upsell. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience managing and growing large enterprise or strategic accounts in payments, fintech, financial services or technology.
• Strong understanding of payment flows, performance measures, and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
