Job summary

Jobline Resources Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced enterprise modernisation consultant to identify and shape large-scale migration programs. You will work with multiple business units, influence C-level executives, and help define scalable cloud-native solutions across multi-cloud environments.

The role requires deep knowledge of MACH architecture, microservices, data streaming, and DevOps practices, with strong stakeholder management and a client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale modernisation and migration programs in large organisations.
• Strong technical background across multiple programming paradigms; familiarity with Python is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with modern technologies including: Kubernetes, Kafka, Istio, PostgreSQL, Cloud-native platforms and tooling
• Deep understanding of modern architecture principles including: MACH Architecture (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless), Evolutionary Architecture, Event-driven Architecture, Distributed Systems Design, LIFESPAR principles
• Strong expertise in building cloud-native applications using: Microservices, Serverless architectures, APIs and API lifecycle management, Data streaming platforms, Synchronous and asynchronous communication patterns
• Solid understanding of distributed systems consistency models including: Linearizability, Serializability
• Experience designing highly available and resilient systems across: Multi-AZ environments, Multi-region deployments, Multi-cloud architectures
• Knowledge of security engineering, observability, reliability engineering, and system performance optimisation.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate and defend technical solutions to senior architects and executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience engaging with C-level business and technology leaders using a consultative selling approach.
• Ability to translate complex technical solutions into measurable business value and strategic outcomes.
• Strong understanding of: Agile methodologies, Lean delivery principles, Continuous Delivery, DevOps practices, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and leadership capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to connect enterprise strategy to delivery execution and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business verticals to identify modernisation opportunities aligned with industry best practices.
• Involved in pre-sales, lead generation, creating proposals and shaping engagements for clients.
• Take a consultative approach with C-level executives to enable business goals and redefine industry.
• Contribute to Enterprise Modernisation, Platform and Cloud service line with insights and repeatable practices.
• Collaborate with technical leaders to support delivery and achieve impact for clients.
• Stay aligned with the organisation's strategy and technology goals.
• Help achieve billing targets by being staffed on client engagements.
