Job summary

Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Solutions Architect to join our Singapore team. You’ll work with diverse customers across their cloud journey, helping them migrate to the cloud, modernize legacy applications and databases, and build cloud-native solutions.

You’ll pair hands-on with customer teams to create prototypes and production-ready architectures while guiding migrations with security and efficiency in mind.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technology domain experience (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 5+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Partner with diverse customers to design, build, and implement solutions across cloud adoption, migration, modernization, and new workloads.
• Work hands-on with customer teams building prototypes, proofs of concept, and production-ready architectures together.
• Assess legacy applications and databases, and co-create modernization roadmaps that reduce technical debt and enable innovation.
• Guide customers through cloud migrations moving workloads efficiently and securely; explore AI applications to enhance your customers’ operations.
• Apply practitioner-level judgment to identify opportunities with the greatest customer and business impact.
• Share knowledge broadly through workshops, technical content, and community engagement.
