Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking an experienced Enterprise Job Scheduling Platform Engineer to strengthen scheduling services across the enterprise from Tampines, Singapore. You will own scheduling platforms, oversee infrastructure, and partner with application teams to onboard workloads while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

You will drive standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement, balancing engineering delivery with governance, change management, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise job scheduling, workload automation, platform engineering, or related infrastructure services.
• Experience with mission-critical production services, high availability, resiliency, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with one or more enterprise workload automation platforms (e.g., Control-M, HCL Workload Automation, Automic).

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering ownership for enterprise scheduling platforms and components.
• Plan and execute platform installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle activities.
• Develop and maintain enterprise scheduling standards, procedures, and practices.
• Onboard, migrate, and integrate workloads onto scheduling platforms.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements; manage risk.
• Maintain SOPs and process controls; coordinate changes with stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and collaborate with owners, support teams, and management.
