Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, manage, and operate enterprise IT across networks, systems and cloud platforms. You will work with Cybersecurity to apply security controls and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will design end-to-end infrastructure, administer and support network and server platforms (Windows/Linux), and manage virtualization and storage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in network engineering and IT infrastructure management.
• Proficient in Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5 and related security controls.
• Hands-on with Windows Server, Linux, virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with system hardening, patching, and security best practices.
• Strong RCA, troubleshooting and incident response abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions.
• Implement and support network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VPNs, NAC).
• Administer systems (Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V) incl. storage.
• Operate monitoring tools (Grafana, Zabbix, PRTG, Nagios).
• Manage Microsoft 365 services and hybrid identity (Entra ID).
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Plan patches, upgrades, migrations and capacity improvements.
• Enforce security best practices (segmentation, firewalls, NAC).
• Perform system hardening (CIS benchmarks).
• Support incident response, troubleshooting and on-call operations.
