Responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding cycle for mid-market and enterprise clients in SEA/GCN from contract signing to launch.
• Develop and implement a customer's integration architecture and timeline.
• Collaborate with Sales and Technical Services to improve the Stripe user journey.
• Engage with Product and Engineering to help drive product strategy for large customers.
• Partner with teams on strategic projects to scale implementation processes.
