Stripe Singapore is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead onboarding for mid-market and enterprise clients, guiding them through integration, architecture, and timelines to ensure a smooth transition to Stripe.

You will collaborate across Sales, Technical Services, Product, and Engineering to align on strategy, manage stakeholders, and deliver successful outcomes while maintaining top-tier client relationships.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience working with strategic customers on technology solutions.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and craft tailored solutions.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the full onboarding cycle for mid-market and enterprise companies in SEA/GCN markets—from contract signing through launch.
• Develop, manage, and implement a customer's integration architecture and change management plan.
• Collaborate with Sales and Technical Services to improve the Stripe user journey.
• Engage with Product and Engineering teams to help drive product strategy for large users.
• Lead cross-functional projects to scale the implementation process and team operations.
