Ability to lead executives and drive decisions in ambiguous environments.
Experience navigating large enterprise structures and roadmaps.
Ability to influence product and engineering teams to align with client goals.

Responsibilities

Deliver program management expertise across Stripe products and implementations.
Drive adoption of deployment practices and measure value realization.
Improve Stripe Implementation Methodology and tools.
Provide governance to manage requirements within scope and objectives.
Coordinate integration of Stripe products into client architectures and timelines.
Proactively assess risks and drive mitigation plans with stakeholders.
Foster collaboration between client and Stripe Product/Engineering teams.
Ensure smooth handover to Stripe Support post-implementation.
Participate in the global practitioner community to evolve best practices.
