Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Engineering Manager for an on-site leadership role at Changi Business Park.

You will oversee engineering, technical and design coordination activities to ensure project alignment with schedule, budget, quality, safety and statutory requirements. As the primary technical interface between client, consultants and site teams, you will manage multidisciplinary coordination (Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP), review drawings, specs and method

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil, structural, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 12-15 years of relevant construction experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior engineering or managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, technical and design coordination activities on the project site.
• Review drawings, specifications and method statements for compliance and constructability.
• Oversee RFIs, technical clarifications, design changes and approvals of shop drawings and materials.
• Lead cross-disciplinary coordination and regular engineering meetings; use BIM to minimize clashes and rework.
