Job summary

LPB Talent Solution Pte. Ltd. seeks a driven engineer with 2+ years of SiPh R&D experience to lead innovation in advanced photonics platforms in Singapore. Fluent English required to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams and external partners.

You will develop and optimize 300mm SiPh technology, drive process integration and packaging efforts with R&D teams, and apply DOE/FMEA methodologies to ensure robust development and scalable manufacturing readiness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SiPh R&D experience.
• Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics or Materials Engineering.
• Fluent English required for collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.
