Job summary

HR Focus in the North Region of Singapore is seeking a Senior Engineer - Presales to join a growing technical team that delivers enterprise security and IT infrastructure projects. You will provide technical support across pre-sales, solution implementation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and after-sales services.

You will lead discussions with customers, design integrated security and networking solutions, prepare proposals, develop network diagrams, support tenders and POCs, and

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronics, IT, Networking, Security Systems or related field
• 2-5 years relevant experience in security systems, networking, systems integration or technical support
• Experience preparing technical proposals, solution documentation and network diagrams
• Experience leading or mentoring a small technical team
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Comfortable engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiar with B2B tenders, procurement and project environments
• Good English communication skills
