Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Singapore is seeking an experienced Learning Strategy & Program Developer to design and lead technical learning initiatives that build workforce capabilities and support business goals. You will partner with stakeholders to craft curricula, run blended delivery, and measure impact across operations.

You will shape internship programs, work with academic partners, and contribute to talent outreach under the TAG framework, driving innovation in learning delivery and competency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Front-End Semiconductor industry.
• ACLP certification is a plus and beneficial for the role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical learning strategies to foster continuous learning and workforce capabilities.
• Deliver technical training across instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning formats.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using data, feedback, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
