Qualifications

• Education in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Geosciences, Urban Planning or related fields.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in technical roles and large-scale infrastructure site assessments.
• Experience with Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and safety-critical projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of GIS and risk modelling is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical frameworks for site hazard research and GGGS studies.
• Contribute to risk modelling, external hazard analysis, and long-term infrastructure resilience.
• Conduct Environmental Impact Studies and establish high-level safety benchmarks.
• Collaborate on IAEA Milestones-based siting and lifecycle planning.
• Explore urban integration, cooling water needs, and grid connectivity for nuclear facilities.
