Job summary

People Advantage Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced facilities engineer to support ACMV, fire protection, electrical distribution and essential power systems in a mission-critical environment.

You will participate in upgrade projects, coordinate with contractors and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and a minimum of five years in related fields. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in building services, facilities management or similar.
• Experience with ACMV, fire protection, electrical distribution and UPS systems.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM.
• Experience in contractor management and site supervision.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
