Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a passionate professional to join the productivity enhancement team shaping road, bus and commuter infrastructure through process re-engineering and technology, working with project teams and partners while improving construction safety and adopting sustainable practices.

You will formulate frameworks, oversee initiatives, adopt lean practices, explore emerging technologies, engage stakeholders to gain buy-in, and review contract specifications to drive

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Enginering
• At least 3 years of experience working on construction projects, preferably in capacity of a developer, design consultant or main contractor
• Experience in Project Management, Business Development or other built environment related disciplines including in automation and productivity solutions in the built environment sector will be an advantage
• Pro-active with strong analytical, writing and communication skills
• Resourceful, able to work well independently and in a team; and have a positive mindset

Responsibilities

• Formulate frameworks and oversee the implantation and tracking of initiatives with implementation of emerging technologies and automation solutions in the following fields:
• Adoption of lean practices including in the areas of process optimisation
• Scan for suitable initiatives with implementation of emerging technologies and automation solutions in the following fields:
• Communicate and engage project teams, partners and stakeholders to ignite interest and garner buy-in for adoption of proposed solutions through close collaborative efforts
• Conduct regular review and improvement to our Contract Specifications
