Qualifications

• Engineering knowledge required.
• At least 3 years of experience on construction projects.
• Experience in project management or business development is advantageous in the built environment.
• Pro-active with strong analytical, writing and communication skills.
• Resourceful, able to work independently and in a team with a positive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Formulate frameworks and oversee implementation of initiatives with emerging technologies and automation solutions to improve productivity, safety and sustainability on construction projects.
• Communicate and engage project teams, partners and stakeholders to gain buy-in for adopted solutions.
• Conduct regular reviews and improvements to contract specifications.
