Job summary

GovTech in Singapore invites applications for Executive/Senior Engineer, Innovation & Analytics. You will drive innovation and analytics to enhance reliability, performance, and sustainability of traffic operations and road assets, overseeing research and product development from conception to implementation.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and work with internal divisions, other government agencies, academia, consultants, and contractors to scale pilots

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Engineering or related field.
Strong interest in technology and data.
At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead innovation projects from conception to implementation.
Oversee applied research initiatives and product development programmes.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines and budgets.
Develop strategies to scale successful trials to deployment.
Stay abreast of smart technologies, sustainability, big data and intelligent systems.
