You will drive innovation projects from concept to deployment, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and scale successful trials across the network. Candidates should have strong problem-solving, writing, and communication skills, plus a passion for data and emerging tech.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering or related fields with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interest in technology and data with a passion for innovation.
• Good writing, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team driving innovation and smart technology adoption for traffic operations and asset management.
• Manage innovation projects from conception to implementation; oversee applied research and product development; coordinate cross-functional teams; manage timelines and budgets.
• Develop strategies to scale successful trials to wider deployment, coordinating stakeholders and change management.
• Stay abreast of smart tech, sustainability, big data and intelligent systems; identify opportunities for road operations improvements.
