Job summary

You will oversee innovation projects from conception to implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing budgets to ensure deliverables meet tech and operations requirements.

You will develop strategies for scaling successful pilots to wider deployment, while keeping abreast of advancements in smart technologies, sustainability and AI for asset management.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Materials Science or related technical field.
• Strong problem-solving ability and analytical mindset.
• Good writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in operations, asset management, project management or technology product development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee innovation projects from conception to implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets and deliverables to meet technical and operational requirements.
• Develop strategies to scale trial projects to wider deployment and coordinate stakeholders.
