Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years' practical experience in electrical maintenance/design in oil, petrochemical, or power generation environments.
• Relevant technical experience in high voltage electrical power systems.
• Highly analytical and meticulous; strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance tasks and reliability improvements of electrical equipment and systems within the Gas Engine Generator area.
• Implement reliability programs and develop maintenance procedures for electrical equipment.
• Develop and carry out minor CAPEX electrical projects following company guidelines.
• Investigate electrical equipment failures to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Liaise with external stakeholders including government agencies on electrical matters.
• Support major expansion projects from electrical and operations perspectives.
• Work closely with Licensed Electrical Worker to provide integrity assurance for electrical systems.
• Participate in emergency response and may be assigned to a specific role for such purpose.

• Implement reliability programs and develop maintenance procedures for electrical equipment to facilitate consistent execution of maintenance tasks.
• Develop and carry out minor CAPEX electrical projects following company guidelines.
• Investigate electrical equipment failures or malfunctions in order to identify root causes of problem as well as recommend and implement solutions.
• Liaise with external stakeholder including government agencies on electrical matters.
• Support Major expansion projects from the electrical and operations perspective.
• Work closely with Licensed Electrical Worker to provide integrity assurance for the electrical systems.
• The incumbent shall also participate in emergency response and may be assigned to a specific role and responsibility for such purpose.

Requirements
