WSAudiology in Singapore seeks a Senior Engineer, Dynamic Process Engineering to lead end-to-end Engineering Change Management within the Operations team. You will own ECM decisions with a long-term impact and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, with light travel (1–10 days).

You will review BOMs, drawings, specifications, and qualification plans, drive DFMEA, and support rollout of design changes across production, ensuring compliant documentation and smooth execution.

Competenze

• 3+ years in R&D, product or process engineering with relevant degree.
• Experience with medical devices or electro-acoustic products preferred.
• Familiar with ISO 13485, GMP, or FDA regulated environments.
• Proficient in Creo or SolidWorks; able to interpret 2D drawings.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end ECM process from change initiation to closure.
• Review test plans and validate changes against BOMs and drawings.
• Perform DFMEA and manage obsolescence of BOMs and specs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for old stock disposition and rollouts.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliant engineering change records.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders; light travel.
