Job summary

WSAudiology seeks a Facility Engineer to safeguard reliable, sustainable operations across manufacturing and office sites in Singapore. You will monitor utilities, drive preventive maintenance, and lead energy-saving initiatives while coordinating contractors and ensuring compliance.

You bring a Bachelor's in engineering/FM, 3+ years of facility engineering experience, and strong knowledge of ACMV, electrical, plumbing and safety standards. The role offers a global, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, FM or related.
• 3 years of facility engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ACMV, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, compressed air.
• Experience managing facility projects from scope to handover.
• Understanding of Singapore environmental, energy, and workplace safety rules.
• Experience with energy management and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility systems and utilities with preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns, perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Optimize building management systems and pursue automation opportunities.
• Manage facility projects including scope, coordination, testing and handover.
• Drive energy conservation and sustainability through audits and monitoring.
• Coordinate contractors and stakeholders for compliance and documentation.
