Job summary

ST Engineering in Singapore is seeking an engineer to certify engine components for release to service after overhaul or repair within a Part 145 repair operation.

You will perform final inspections, verify airworthiness records, and ensure compliance with FAA/EASA/CAAC data and company MOEs. Strong document control, English proficiency, and willingness to work rotating shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of turbine engine component repair processes.
• Strong understanding of FAA, EASA and CAAC aviation legislation and quality management systems.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and engineering drawings accurately.
• Proficiency in maintenance documentation and record-keeping requirements.

Responsibilities

• Certify components for release to service after overhaul or repair in accordance with approved engine rating/capability lists.
• Perform final inspections, functional checks and compliance verification.
• Review and validate component repair records, work packages and airworthiness documentation.
• Ensure compliance with approved technical data (ESM, SPM, SB, AD, IPC, AMM).
• Adhere to SMS and Human Factors to maintain quality and safety.
• Support cost-control and continuous improvement initiatives.
