Qualifications

Job Description Summary

We are seeking a Quality Inspector to perform visual and dimensional inspections on engine components at our Singapore facility. The role ensures compliance with regulatory and quality standards, issues ARC for release to service, and supports operations, manufacturing, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of incoming, in-process, and finished engine parts according to written quality plans.
• Work closely with operations to ensure regulatory (CAAS, EASA, FAA) and quality compliance.
• Issue ARC to release components back to service.
• Prevent non‑conforming parts from proceeding to the next workstation.
• Provide support to Manufacturing Engineers and Quality System Engineers for evaluation, investigations, and audit‑related activities.
• Collect and report data and feedback on inspected parts.
• Maintain and perform scheduled housekeeping and maintenance tasks, verifying completion.

Qualifications

• Pass CAAS M10, CO2, TM1, and M15 certification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant MRO work experience.
• Recent 6 months practice certifying staff.
• Knowledge of CAAS, EASA, and FAA regulations.
• Experience with a C‑rating MRO company is an advantage.
