Qualifications

• History of leading complex customer work and translating delivery signals into decisions.
• Ability to manage executive-level updates with risk, actions, and delivery plans.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex customer engagements from planning through bring-up and handover.
• Coordinate with delivery managers, Solution Architects, Sales, OEM/SI, and operations.
• Produce concise executive updates with RAG status, risks, actions, and next steps.
• Align scope and commercial commitments with Sales and Solution Architecture.
