Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery for enterprise data center environments within the NVIDIA Professional Services organization. You will own the full lifecycle from strategic alignment to deployment, stabilization, and production handover.

You will build trusted relationships with customers and partners, drive technical solution decisions, and ensure all deliverables meet NVIDIA’s quality standards and timelines across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project delivery management or customer service delivery leadership.
• 5+ years in field service, customer implementation, or post‑sales support for enterprise hardware/software.
• Deep knowledge of data center infrastructure: servers, storage, networking, power, cooling, cabling.
• Excellent customer-facing interpersonal and executive communication skills.
• Proven leadership across cross-functional, global teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and partners.
• Understand architectures, facilitate technical discussions, and drive design decisions.
• Ensure deliverables meet NVIDIA quality standards and schedules.
• Develop and defend technical solutions and deployment plans for executives and technical audiences.
• Lead governance calls and status updates with global teams and partners.
• Own delivery of complex on-site or remote data center installations and drive resolutions.
• Manage change requests, release communications, and customer notifications clearly.
• Create runbooks and post-implementation documentation.
• Support on-call or off-hours deployments across time zones as needed.
