NVIDIA is seeking an Engagement Manager to drive customer-facing coordination for its NVIS engagements. The role connects delivery managers, solution architects, sales, OEM/SI partners, and leadership to keep projects moving, manage risks, and ensure clear owner ships throughout the engagement lifecycle.

You will create concise updates, manage executive communications, and navigate P0/P1 blockers while balancing technical depth with strategic oversight.

Qualifications

• History of leading complex customer work and translating delivery signals into clear decisions.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations and holding teams accountable to commitments.
• Experience creating structured executive updates with RAG view, risk register, and delivery plans.
• Strong risk, issue, change, and blocker-resolution practices while balancing oversight with execution.

Responsabilités

• Guide account coordination from early planning through bring-up, handover, and day-2 readiness, ensuring priorities and next steps are clear.
• Create concise updates with RAG view, executive summary, delivery progress, top risks, and action plans.
• Drive fast resolution of blockers and risks with clear recommended actions.
• Align scope and commercial commitments with Sales and Solution Architecture, including licenses and services.
• Provide clear technical guidelines for key customer requirements.
