Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery for enterprise data centers. You will own the full lifecycle from strategic alignment through deployment, stabilization, and production handover.

You will build trusted relationships with customers and internal teams, drive technical discussions, and ensure on-schedule delivery with strong governance across regions and time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, CS, or related technical field.
• 5+ years delivering projects or leading customer service delivery.
• 5+ years of field service or post-sales support for enterprise hardware/software.
• Deep knowledge of data center infra: servers, storage, networking, power, cooling.
• Strong customer-facing skills with C-level and tech stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted client relationships across teams.
• Understand architectures and drive solution design discussions.
• Ensure deliverables meet NVIDIA quality standards and timelines.
• Develop and defend deployment plans to executive audiences.
• Lead governance calls and status updates with global teams.
• Manage on-site or remote data center deployments and resolve issues.
• Create runbooks and post-implementation documentation.
