Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of customer-facing coordination, engagement leadership, technical delivery, or enterprise cloud programs.
• Proven success guiding cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations and holding teams to commitments.
• Experience creating structured executive updates with risk registers and delivery plans.
• Strong risk, issue, change, and blocker-resolution practice with strategic oversight.

Responsibilities

• Guide account coordination from early planning through bring-up, support handover, and day-2 readiness.
• Create concise updates with RAG view, executive summary, delivery progress, top risks, open actions, and path-to-green plans.
• Drive fast resolution of P0/P1 blockers and material risks with clear recommended actions.
• Align scope and commercial commitments with Sales and Solution Architecture, including support packages and professional services expectations.
• Provide clear technical guidelines for key customer requirements.
