Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned MECM/SCCM administrator to manage enterprise Windows deployment, software packaging, and monthly patching across the environment.

You will ensure client health and reliable software updates while delivering efficient automation. You will collaborate with IT security, Intune integration, and ServiceNow for incident, change, and request management. Strong PowerShell skills and experience with AD, Group Policy, and compliance tooling are essential for

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM administration in an enterprise environment.
• Expertise in software deployment, OS deployment, patch management, compliance, collections, and reporting.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Active Directory, Group Policy, WSUS, PKI, Qualys, and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of application packaging (MSI, PSADT) and Windows Server infrastructure.
• Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industry experience preferred.
• Microsoft certifications and ITIL Foundation are advantageous.

Responsibilities
