Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in electronics/EE or related field.
• 6+ years in embedded firmware or software development.
• Strong C/C++ in real-time embedded systems.
• Experience with RTOS and embedded interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded firmware for life science products.
• Develop device drivers, bootloaders, and RTOS modules.
• Implement real-time functions: servo control, multi-axis coordination.
• Integrate motion devices and sensors (encoders, motor drivers, sensors).
• Optimize firmware for timing, latency, memory usage.
• Lead firmware work packages and mentor juniors.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, system, and manufacturing teams.
• Generate firmware requirements, design docs, and test plans.
• Support customer integration and field issues.
