Job summary

OSI Optoelectronics in Singapore is seeking a Senior Sourcing Executive to drive cost reduction and supplier management in a fast-paced EMS environment. You will source electronic components, quote for new projects, and perform negotiations to meet product requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 5 years EMS/electronic manufacturing experience.
Experience in sourcing or procuring electronic components with strong negotiation and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of electronic components (active or passive).
Fluent in English and Mandarin; Mandarin is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good team player.

Responsibilities

Perform cost reduction targeting electronic components and work with engineering to meet KPIs.
Source and quote electronic components to support new projects bidding.
Negotiate, conduct cost analysis and select best supplier to meet product requirements.
Manage supplier relationships on all commercial issues.
Maintain integrity of sourcing data and adherence to ethics.
