Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement professional to source and evaluate suppliers for EMS components. You will handle quotations, cost analysis, and ensure pricing competitiveness across projects.

You will prepare BOM costing, negotiate terms, and collaborate with Engineering, Production, Planning, and Sales to ensure timely sourcing and project execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma in SCM, procurement, engineering, business administration or related.
• At least 2 years in costing, sourcing, or procurement in EMS/electronics/semiconductor.
• Experience sourcing electronic components, PCBs, and related materials; BOM costing and RFQ.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Job description

Prepare product costing, BOM cost analysis, and pricing proposals to ensure competitive and accurate quotations. Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms while identifying opportunities for cost optimisation. Maintain supplier relationships, monitor vendor performance, and support purchasing and inventory planning activities. Work closely with Engineering, Production, Planning, and Sales to ensure timely sourcing and project execution.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in costing, sourcing, or procurement within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), electronics manufacturing, or semiconductor industry.
• Hands-on experience sourcing electronic components, PCB assemblies, and related manufacturing materials, with knowledge of BOM costing and RFQ processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
