Achieve Career Consultant Pte Ltd on behalf of a client is hiring a Procurement Engineer / Senior Procurement Engineer to support electronics sourcing, supplier management and NPI within a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment. You will drive cost, quality, delivery and supplier performance while collaborating across Asia and Europe.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Electronics, 5+ years in relevant settings, and hands-on experience with electronics suppliers/EMS, supplier

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Electronics.
Minimum 5 years in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.
Experience across engineering and sourcing/procurement (5 years).
3-5 years in electronics industry.
Proven supplier performance management and negotiation skills.
Experience with NPI, product transfer and ramp-up.

Responsibilities

Manage electronics and other commodity sourcing to ensure competitive cost, quality and supply performance.
Support supplier selection, sourcing and supplier strategy development.
Drive supplier performance improvements across Quality, Delivery, Cost and Responsiveness.
Conduct regular pricing reviews and identify cost optimisation opportunities.
Lead procurement activities for NPI, product transfers and ramp-up.
Support supplier sourcing, development, negotiations and project execution.
Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, Procurement, EMS partners and suppliers for smooth delivery.
Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and clear communication with stakeholders.
Support supplier quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate MRB processes and disposition with suppliers.
