QUEST GLOBAL ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Engineer, Electronics Hardware Design to lead end-to-end hardware development for industrial PLCs and related products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required in electronics-related field.
• 8+ years of hardware architecture, design, verification and lifecycle support for embedded products.
• Experience with industrial automation or control products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own design, development, verification, and lifecycle maintenance of industrial hardware products.
• Define hardware architecture including MCU platforms, memory, power, isolation, diagnostics, and interfaces.
• Lead analog/digital circuit design, signal-conditioning, and power-supply functions.
• Perform schematic design, component selection, simulations, PCB layout, bring-up, and debugging.
• Establish verification strategies, test plans, and acceptance criteria for EMC, reliability, and safety.
• Lead root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate hardware/firmware integration, clocks, reset, boot, diagnostics, and fault handling.
• Ensure compliance with EMC, electrical safety, reliability, and manufacturability standards.
• Lead component qualification, cost optimization, production support, and sustaining initiatives.
